One of the most critical steps in powder coating wheels. Sand blasting wheels cleans the surface while leaving a rough profile to give the powder something to bite onto for a more durable and long lasting finish. This extra step is more work and takes hours but is also why our powder coating last for years. We take pride in not cutting any corners.

Stripping Wheels / Sand Blasting Houston
When powder coating wheels or parts the surface needs to be stripped down to bare metal. A profile is needed on the surface of the wheel/part so the powder coat has something to "bite" onto for good adhesion. You are welcome to bring the bare wheel/part or we welcome you to take advantage of our in-house stripping and blasting services. We have a dedicated sand blasting room and a large capacity blasting cabinet for wheels/parts.
