- Not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle, wheels, parts, or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, acts of God, or any other cause beyond our control.
- FINISHED APPEARANCE: Though we strive for a high aesthetic value, most of our products are intended to be functional and therefore minor imperfections may exist. If you desire a “Show Car Quality” finish please discuss with the sales rep so it can be included on the work order. Otherwise standard coating will be performed.
- We won’t know the exact and final cost of a repair until the wheel is in the shop and a full inspection has been performed, or any unforeseen problems that are discovered before, during, or after the repair service that may change final repair price.
- PVD Chrome may take several days to strip. We never know until we start. Regular Chrome is case by case only and if it's in bad shape we pass on the job.
- We consider 4 wheels a set.
- Additional charges apply for powders we have to special order.
- We have many colors and finishes that do not require a clear coat for UV protection, however it is recommended that any finish color that contains a "metallic" be clear coated for UV protection.
- It is also known that a clear coat over any color will exhibit superior clean ability and stain resistance.
- Add $10 ea. for CENTER CAPS (solid color) / $20 ea. for simple masking.
- Two tone colors require 2-14 day turn around times.
- We are not responsible for any damage to TPMS valves during service. We will do our best but customer assumes risk.
- Note: TPMS replacement, if necessary will be charged to customer.
- Repairs to wheels may impact turn around times, we will try our best but unforeseen issues out of our control can happen.
- We do not offer nitrogen fill for tires.
- Wheel Fix It LLC does not accept wheels over 24".
- Tire disposal fee: $10 per tire.
- We inflate wheels to 36 psi.
- Must check lug nut torque after 25 miles of service being completed.
- We reserve the right to cancel service at any time for any reason upon encountering issues beyond our scope of services, anything we feel is unsafe, or problematic situations.
- Due to us operating under a tight schedule, being late to an appointment may affect the turn around time or cause cancellation of your appointment.
- Bring LUG NUT KEY or spline if required for wheel removal.
- TURN AROUND: Though we strive to give accurate calculated completion times, the target completion date is NOT GUARANTEED and is subject to change.
- SURFACE IMPERFECTIONS: Our coating service alone will not correct surface imperfections and irregularities from manufacturing etc. We do offer this service but it is not included unless specified in writing on work order.
- We are not responsible for imperfections due to outgassing of metals during curing. We will try our best to prevent it. Please ask sales rep for details.
- CORROSION PROTECTION: Our coating service may not solve all possibilities of corrosion due to the design of part, welded joints, coatings selected, or application limitations unless agreed or implied in writing.
- HEAT PROCESSES: If customer selects a process that involves heat, the customer assumes all risks and consequences that result from the heat used.
- POLISHING: Pricing includes a medium level of polish. “Show Quality” level of polish is obtainable, please inquire with sales rep.
- FOR ALL PICK-UP ORDERS: Customer is responsible to assure parts are packaged, loaded, and secured suitable for your means of transport.
- WHEEL FIX IT LLC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSPORT DAMAGE
- Wash wheels with powder coat friendly cleaner or mild soap and water.
