Thank you for inquiring about our "DOOR-TO-DOOR" service. Houston's most convenient way to powder coat your wheels!
These are trying times and we are doing our part to help folks out. We now offer pickup and delivery service. Please read below to find out how it works...
STEP 1
Contact us to schedule an appointment.

STEP 2
We come out to your location and swap out your wheels with our special safety wheels. These wheels are not to be driving on but are used in place of jack stands. Safety is our first, second, and third concern! With our special wheels there is zero chance of the vehicle falling like with traditional jack stands. Peace of mind.
STEP 3
We bring your wheels back to our facility. We remove the tires and TPMS and inspect them for any issues. While doing this we label the tires Left Front or L.F. and label the TPMS sensors so we know exactly where to install them back on your vehicle so there will be no issues. In short.. we put things back were we found them!
STEP 4
Next, we sand blast your wheels to bare metal like factory. This is a critical and very time consuming step. To properly powder coat ALL old finish has to be removed plus the leaves a profile or texture that gives the powder something to "bite" onto for better adhesion and greater durability. We will send pictures of this process so you know it is being done the right way!
STEP 5
Next, we powder coat your entire wheel not just the face in the color of your choosing. Using the absolute best powder coating equipment on the market (Gema and Nordson) to ensure top quality results. Please visit our picture gallery to see examples of our work!
STEP 5.5
We do NOT coat any mating surfaces for safety reasons. As you see in the picture we carefully mask the areas to prevent coating. Safety first.
STEP 6
After powder coating your wheels we mount the tires and then computer balance them. We use the best equipment.
NO SCRATCHES while mounting!
STEP 7
Then we delivery and install your freshly coated wheels back on your vehicle. Lug nuts torqued to your vehicle specs.
YOUR ALL SET!
